Why did you choose early years as a career: I’m passionate about giving children the opportunity to learn and grow with independence and confidence in Early Years. I believe in encouraging outdoor learning and experiencing nature and incorporating this into their development.

Why did you choose early years as a career: I chose a career in childcare because it’s more then a job it’s a chance to be able to make a real difference to the start of a child’s life, it is rewarding and fulfilling to watch them grow and progress and share the enjoyment whilst learning through play.

Why did you choose early years as a career: I have worked in early years for many ears and love being part of helping children grow and develop. I’m passionate about working with families and supporting children with SEN. Forming positive relationships, learning through play and getting outside.

Why did you choose early years as a career: I have worked with children since I left college so my whole adult working life. I choose to work with children because as a creative person I enjoy setting up environments for the children to explore and it’s a really rewarding job watching and helping children grow.

Why did you choose early years as a career: I always knew from a young age that I wanted to work with children, so I chose to study child development at college.
I then started my childcare journey in a nursery in 2010. And moved to Lympstone pre school in 2021.
I’ve had 3 amazing children and still totally love working with children as well as being a mummy!

Why did you choose early years as a career: Both my children attended this preschool and loved it so I jumped at the chance to be part of the team here to help make a difference at this awesome Preschool. It was such a huge part of my children’s early years and I’m so excited to be part of that now for other children.
